Living Well Series

Anxiety is a normal part of life, however sometimes it can turn into a big struggle. You’re invited to join this free session with our Mental Health Matters team to understand more about anxiety, and why it doesn’t have to be your enemy. Feel free to invite someone along as well.

Frequency: This course runs Monthly on the first Tuesday of each month.
