Darryl & Denise Booth

The Pukekohe Campus was planted in November 2015.Darryl Booth is the lead pastor along with his wife, Denise. They are parents to three children, Bailey, Taylor and Sommer as well as new grandparents to Buck. They have both have been involved in church ministry for their entire married life. They have the spiritual gift of a pastor/shepherd and are both extremely creative.

Pukekohe is a great family church with outstanding youth and kids programmes.

Elim Christian Centre has purchased land with the intention of establishing a church/school complex that provides Christian education, offering support and connection for all ages and stages of life.

Our Elim Kids programmes run at every morning service, for children aged 1 to 13.

Youth

Our Oxygen Youth programme is for School Years 9 to 18 year-olds. 7 – 9pm Friday during school term time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our Sunday services are no longer than 1 hour and 15 minutes. You are welcome to come early to order a coffee, find your favourite seat, and check your children into their age-appropriate programs.

After the service, you can hang around to meet new people, order another coffee, and find out more about Elim.

Our weekend services are for you, so come along dressed in your comfortable clothes. We do not have any expectations or requirements of clothing style.

All of our Sunday services do not have an entry fee. You are also not required or expected to give any money to the church organisation.

We do have a cafe where you can buy barista-made hot drinks, and occasionally we may have a fundraiser like a sausage sizzle which is completely optional.

In our Growth Track, you will learn about a biblical concept called tithing and offering. This is an optional practice for those who are growing in their faith journey and have made a personal decision to do so.

Yes, everyone is invited and welcome.

Sometimes people feel that they need to ‘get right’ before coming to church. At Elim, we do not do any CV, ID or background checks of any new people. We are genuinely excited to meet you and honoured that you would choose to share your Sunday with us.

Elim Christian Centre is a Christian Pentecostal Church part of the Elim Church of New Zealand movement. Elim Church of New Zealand has 40 churches across the country. We are also connected with Elim Global, which includes hundreds of Christian organisations worldwide.

All of our parking is free, and our friendly Dream Team can help you find the best place to park.

There is priority parking for those with accessibility needs, the elderly, and drivers needing extra space for children’s pram setups.

The Cinema building has an elevator should you need to use it to access the upstairs levels.

Should you require some extra assistance, our Dream Team is always willing and able to help.
