This six-session course will guide you through the process of identifying, addressing, and releasing life’s pains and disappointments.

This course, which requires a commitment to weekly homework/selfstudy, is offered at our Botany Campus and will run in Term 3 (~ July 2026), subject to sufficient registrations. Cost & final dates will be confirmed at the time of registration.
